Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is a translation. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

By ticking the consent box at sign-in to the Dozor service (the dozor.bet website, the app.dozor.bet app, the service's Telegram bot; hereinafter the “Service”), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the operator, an individual applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (a self-employed person, NPD), to the processing of my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Purposes of processing

• signing in to the Service, creating and managing an account;
• providing the Service's services according to my settings, including the referral program;
• accepting payment and keeping records of paid access;
• ensuring the security of the account and the Service, protection against abuse;
• sending service messages: sign-in codes, confirmations, payment and subscription notifications;
• handling my support requests.

3. List of data

• email address;
• Telegram ID, username and name from Telegram, when signing in via Telegram;
• IP address, browser and device information, times of sign-ins;
• payment information: the fact, date and amount of payment, plan, invoice ID at the payment provider;
• Service settings and the surebet journal;
• referral code, code of the person who invited me, and information about invitees;
• the content of support requests.

4. Actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision), deletion, destruction, using automation tools.

5. Transfer of data

I consent to the transfer (provision) of my data to the following recipients, to the extent needed for their task: YooKassa and Trybit, payment processing; Unisender, delivery of emails with sign-in codes; Telegram, sign-in via Telegram and subscription notifications; OVH SAS, hosting. This includes my consent to cross-border transfer: data is stored on the servers of OVH SAS in France, and when I sign in via Telegram and use the Service's bot it is processed on Telegram's infrastructure outside Russia. 6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

6.2. I can withdraw consent by deleting my account in the “Account” section of the app or by sending an email to watch@dozor.bet. The consequence of withdrawal is the end of access to the Service: it cannot work without processing this data.

6.3. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data in working systems within 30 days, and in database backups when the copies expire (up to 6 months; deleted data is not restored from them), except support requests: they are kept for 3 years from the last request. Payment records in the Service are kept as long as the account exists and are deleted along with it; self-employed receipts stay in “Moy Nalog” (the Federal Tax Service), payment records stay with YooKassa and Trybit under their rules.

7. What this consent does not cover

Analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) are not covered by this consent. I allow or refuse them separately, in the cookie banner or with the “Cookie settings” button; details are in the Cookie Policy.
