Terms of Use

This translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of the Dozor service (the dozor.bet website, the app.dozor.bet app and the service's Telegram bot; hereinafter the “Service”, “we”). By signing in to the Service or paying for access, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with anything, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

1.1. Dozor is an information and analytics service for monitoring bookmaker odds. It collects public prices from bookmakers and prediction markets, brings them to a single format and shows the discrepancies between them (surebets), and also sends notifications according to rules you set.

1.2. The Service does not accept bets, is not a bookmaker, a payment agent of bookmakers or their partner, and does not take part in settlements between you and bookmakers.

1.3. All information in the Service is provided for reference only. It is not a recommendation, a guarantee or an inducement to place bets. You decide on your own whether to place a bet and where.

1.4. The Service does not guarantee income. Bookmakers' odds change constantly: a surebet shown on the screen may disappear within seconds, and a bookmaker may void or resettle a bet, cut a limit or restrict an account under its own rules. These risks lie entirely with you.

1.5. Only persons of legal age may use the Service. If the laws of your country restrict or prohibit participation in gambling, you must comply with those laws; the Service does not verify or guarantee the legality of betting in your jurisdiction.

2. Account and sign-in

2.1. An account is created when you first sign in with a code from an email or via Telegram. There is no password: access to the account equals access to your email or Telegram account, so you are responsible for keeping them secure.

2.2. One person, one account. You may not share access with third parties, or sell or rent out your account. You are responsible for all actions performed from your account.

2.3. You can end sessions on all devices or delete your account in the “Account” section of the app, or by writing to watch@dozor.bet. When an account is deleted, the unused paid period is not refunded unless otherwise provided by law.

3. Plans and payment

3.1. Some features are available free of charge in a limited form. Full access is provided for a paid period under the plans published on the home page. Plans differ only in the length of access.

3.2. Access starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the period expires. There is no auto-renewal and no automatic charging: to continue, you pay for the next period yourself.

3.3. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Service does not receive or store bank card or wallet details; the provider processes them under its own rules.

3.4. We may change plans and prices. Changes do not affect a period that has already been paid for.

3.5. Fees for the unused part of a period are not refunded, except in cases provided for by law. If the Service was unavailable through our fault for a substantial part of the paid period, write to watch@dozor.bet and we will extend your access for the duration of the downtime.

3.6. The referral program operates under the terms published in the “Referrals” section of the app. In case of abuse (self-referral, artificial inflation, fake accounts), accrued rewards are cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

• collecting the Service's data automatically (scraping, bots, scripts), except where we have given written consent to it;
• reselling, publishing or passing the Service's data on to third parties, including by rebroadcasting the screen or notifications;
• circumventing technical restrictions, including the restrictions of free access, request limits and abuse protection;
• interfering with the operation of the Service, creating excessive load, or attempting to gain access to other people's accounts or data;
• using the Service to violate the law, bookmakers' rules or the rights of third parties.

For a violation, we may restrict or block the account without refunding the payment.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The software, interface, texts, design, logo and the Dozor name belong to the operator of the Service. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the Service personally for the term and within the scope of your access.

5.2. Odds and event names belong to their sources; the Service only displays and matches publicly available data.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We make efforts to keep it running and its data accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the completeness and currency of prices at every moment in time.

6.2. We are not liable for losses related to bets, the actions of bookmakers, delays and errors in the data, or unavailability of the Service, nor for the actions of payment providers, email services and Telegram.

6.3. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period.

7. Changes and termination

7.1. We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with the date of the update; by continuing to use the Service after publication, you accept the changes. We will give additional notice of material changes affecting paid access.

7.2. We may change or discontinue the Service or any part of it. If the Service is discontinued during a paid period, we will refund the fee in proportion to the unused time.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in the manner established by applicable law, at the location of the operator of the Service.
