Live betting
Bets and lines during a match; most live surebets come from one book being slow to update its line after something happens in the game.
In live betting, odds change after every round, kill or goal. The book that updated its line first diverges from the one that hasn't caught up yet, and for a few seconds a surebet appears. According to Dozor data for September 6, 2026, the median surebet lifetime is 2.1 seconds.
In live, scanner latency is what counts: updates within 0.1 seconds show the surebet while both prices are still up. More on this mode on the Live surebets page.
Example: after a lost round, book A dropped the odds on the Terrorists from 1.90 to 1.60 and raised the Counter-Terrorists to 2.30, while book B still holds 1.90 and 1.90. The pair “Terrorists at B at 1.90, Counter-Terrorists at A at 2.30” gives 1/1.90 + 1/2.30 = 0.961: a surebet with about 4% profit that lives until B updates its line.
