Prematch betting

Before a match starts, bookmakers rarely change their odds: after large bets, lineup news or a re-assessment. A prematch discrepancy between books is more often a different view of the teams' strength than a delay. The main risks here are not speed but settlement rules and limits.

An example from the Dozor archive: on the evening of September 6, 2026, out of 14,645 surebets with a known mode, 1,197 were prematch.
